BIAŁYSTOK WELCOMES ARCHE GARNIZON
Set within the historic buildings of the former military barracks in Białystok, Arche Garnizon is one of Arche’s newest revitalised properties. The hotel offers 8 conference rooms with a total area of 890 m², as well as 200 rooms providing 420 beds.
The offer is complemented by Lena Grochowska’s SPA – a space for relaxation inspired by art, nature and the idea of mindful well-being.
The property is also home to a branch of the Lena Grochowska Foundation, which creates employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
NEW OPTIMISM HALL AT ARCHE NAŁĘCZÓW
The MICE market has gained a new contender! Arche Nałęczów (formerly the Police Sanatorium) has evolved into a conference and events centre, challenging the country’s largest venues.
A modern pavilion has been opened, featuring the impressive Optimism Hall – a 1,500 m² space with an 8-metre-high ceiling, which can also be divided into separate modules.
The total event space has increased to 2,400 m², making it possible to host congresses, trade fairs and automotive premieres, with direct vehicle access to the venue.
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CHAPTER OF THE ARCHE GENERATIONS MISSION
In September 2025, the Arche Group launched the Arche Generations programme, supporting employees, apartment buyers and hotel guests in their decision to grow their families.
So far, 39 employees have received PLN 10,000 for each child. The first families among Arche guests to receive the award were granted PLN 5,000 along with vouchers to organise a family celebration at a selected Arche Hotel.
At the Pałac i Folwark in Łochów, children will also receive “their own” trees in the Generations Park.
CREATED LOCALLY, CHOSEN WITH HEART
BAZARCHE is a unique space in Arche Hotels, offering products created by local artisans, Arche Furniture Revitalisation Workshop and the Lena Grochowska Foundation.
Stay vouchers, ceramics made by people with disabilities, magnets and candles crafted by inmates are available as gift sets for both individual customers and businesses.
MORE THAN RESTORATION – FURNITURE AND PEOPLE
Many people own a piece of furniture that is difficult to part with – an object marked by time and deserving of a second chance. At the Arche Group, there is a belief that the same applies to people.
The Arche Furniture Revitalisation Workshop, which employs inmates, operates in correctional facilities in Siedlce, Warsaw, Łowicz and Łódź. It is a unique place where not only historic furniture is given a new life, but also the people who restore it.
The results of their work – from armchairs to handmade items available at BAZARCHE – can be found in Arche Hotels across Poland. Fabric offcuts are transformed into mascots and decorative cushions, while other products include candles, soaps and magnets.
Through creative work, inmates regain self-confidence and a sense of agency, while learning a new profession and taking their first steps towards a fresh start.
SYSTEM ARCHE® – A PROVEN MODEL
Arche combines the experience of a developer and hotel operator, offering investors the proven System Arche®. It is a hassle-free form of investment in which the Arche team is responsible for the comprehensive management of the property.
The investor remains the owner of the unit while benefiting from the performance of the entire property. The monthly remuneration is proportional to the number of square metres owned.
More than 26 operating hotels, millions of guests and the trust of over 2,000 investors demonstrate the effectiveness and stability of this model.
A TENEMENT HOUSE CONNECTING GENERATIONS IN PIASECZNO
The Rowiński Tenement House in Piaseczno is being given a second life thanks to the efforts of the Lena Grochowska Foundation. During the revitalisation, authentic historic signs were discovered – valuable evidence of the building’s history that was decided to be preserved.
“We wanted to return the building to the city, but it turned out that the building told us the story of the city,” emphasises Aneta Żochowska, Director of the Lena Grochowska Foundation.
Following the renovation, 21 apartments will be created here for people at risk of social exclusion: seniors, people with disabilities and those leaving children’s homes.
A “toMy” café will open on the ground floor, becoming a space for integration with an important social mission. The building combines its rich history with social activation and integration.
ARCHE MUSEUM “SKRAJ KULTUR”
In the revitalised Arche hotels, collections related to the history of the place, everyday life and culture of the given region are presented.
The museum publishes works documenting the history of revitalised properties: “Metalowiec. History and Stories from Muszyna”, “Monastery. History and Stories from Wrocław’s Karłowice”, “From Karol Kretschmer to Tobaco Park. Łódź Cigarette Factory”.
The museum was registered in 2019 by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
THE SOCIAL DIMENSION OF HOTEL DESIGN
Revitalisation at Arche is an idea that combines the renewal of spaces with social initiatives.
At Arche Hotel Ożarów Mazowiecki, located by the railway station, train and wildflower motifs, inspired by the neighbouring “Polnych Kwiatów” estate, are incorporated into the interiors.
Elements of the furnishings, including a mosaic depicting the movement of trains, upholstered furniture and woven lampshades, were made by inmates from the Łowicz Correctional Facility.
The paintings depicting wildflowers were created by people with intellectual disabilities employed by the Lena Grochowska Foundation, participants of the Occupational Therapy Workshop in Sochaczew, and people taking part in a painting plein-air event at Arche Pałac i Folwark Łochów.
Foundation employees also made bathroom tiles with a plant motif to emphasise the character of the property.
This gives the hotel an authentic character.
